This adorable creature was made using 3 pieces of the mechanism that joins the piano keys to the piano hammer (which then strikes the string to make the sound).

These pieces were salvaged from a piano that otherwise would have ended up in the landfills. But as you know, I believe that music doesn't belong in the trash!
